Cajun Beef Jerky Recipe

This cajun beef jerky recipe brings spicy flavors of cajun seasoning and crushed red pepper to the table. These seasonings are mixed with worcestershhire, soy, garlic, and liquid smoke to create a Louisiana style jerky that will light you up like a christmas tree. Very gooood to say the least!

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Cut the london broil into 1/4" strip with a width of about an inch.
  2. Mix all of the i ngredients together in a large mixing bowl and wisk until it is thoroughly mixed.
  3. Evenly separate your beef strips into two gallon size ziploc bags and add half of the marinade to each bag. Shake the bags well and allow the meat to marinate for 24 hours. Be sure to mix and turn over the bags every 4 hours or so.
  4. Remove the strips of meat and pat them down on each side to remove any excess marinade.
  5. Dehydrate your meat with your preferred method for 5-7 hours or until done and enjoy your cajun jerky!
